APPROACH

Karen’s work is designed for individuals who have already engaged in therapy and are looking for something more focused and immersive.

Rather than working only through insight, her approach integrates the mind, body, and relational experience to support deeper, more sustained movement.

PHILOSOPHY

Healing is not a linear process. Karen’s approach centers on stabilization, resiliency, and the capacity to move beyond trauma into sustainable growth.

Her work integrates mind, body, and relational awareness within structured therapeutic containers.

Karen’s East–West approach emerged from her studies of Buddhism and embodies Eastern living alongside Western clinical practice.

CURRENT PRACTICE

Karen maintains a limited caseload of long-term psychotherapy clients and is not currently accepting new referrals for ongoing weekly therapy.

Her current focus includes individual trauma intensives, retreats, and professional consultation.
