Intensives & Retreats
Focused, immersive experiences designed for deeper, concentrated work beyond traditional sessions.
INDIVIDUAL TRAUMA INTENSIVE
This work is designed for people who have already done some therapy but still feel stuck, unclear, or like something hasn’t fully shifted.
Instead of working slowly over time, intensives create space for more focused, sustained work, allowing you to stay with what’s coming up long enough for something real to move.
Karen’s approach integrates the mind, body, and spirit, helping you make sense of your experience while working through it in a more complete and continuous way.
For many, this format allows for a level of depth and clarity that is difficult to access in traditional weekly sessions.
Available formats:
• Extended Therapy Intensive (2 Hours)
• Half-Day Intensive (4 Hours)
• Full-Day Intensive (8 Hours)
KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY
This work is designed for individuals who feel like insight alone hasn’t been enough, and who may benefit from accessing deeper layers of experience that are difficult to reach through traditional approaches.
Ketamine-assisted sessions can create a different kind of opening, allowing you to engage with your experience in a way that supports deeper processing and integration.
This work is offered within a structured, one-on-one format that includes careful preparation, guided support, and integration to ensure the process is both safe and meaningful.
Group Retreats
Retreats are designed for individuals and professionals who want to step out of their everyday environment and engage in deeper, more focused work.
By creating space away from daily responsibilities, these experiences allow for sustained attention, shared learning, and a level of depth that is often difficult to access in ongoing weekly work.
Karen offers a range of retreat formats depending on the focus and level of experience.
Public Retreats
Small group retreats designed for individuals engaging in trauma-informed healing work.
Clinician Retreats
Group intensives and retreats designed specifically for mental health professionals.
Ketamine Retreats
Group ketamine-assisted retreat experiences offered with appropriate screening and integration support.
Readiness & Intake
This work is designed for individuals who have already engaged in some form of therapeutic or personal work and are ready for a more focused, immersive experience.
Because of the depth of this work, an intake process is required to ensure that this format is appropriate and supportive for where you are.
What to Expect
• An initial inquiry to understand what you’re looking for
• A follow-up conversation to assess fit and readiness
• Coordination with your existing therapist or support system when appropriate
This work is generally best suited for individuals who have an existing foundation in therapy or personal work.
