Consultation & Assessment

Personal Guidance, Recommendations & Next Steps

Interested In Working With Karen?

The Consultation & Assessment is the required first step for individuals interested in:

  • Individual Intensives

  • Group Retreats

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

  • Ketamine Retreats

The consultation helps determine fit, readiness, and which offerings may be most appropriate for your situation.

What You’ll Receive

During this consultation Karen will:

  • Review your history and current circumstances

  • Discuss your goals, challenges, and areas of focus

  • Assess fit and readiness for various treatment options

  • Provide personalized recommendations

  • Create a written summary of findings and suggested next steps

  • Provide referrals and resources when appropriate

Many individuals find value in the consultation itself, regardless of whether they ultimately pursue an intensive, retreat, or other offering.

Important Information

Karen maintains a limited psychotherapy caseload and is not currently accepting new ongoing weekly psychotherapy clients.

Individuals interested in intensives, retreats, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or other advanced offerings should generally have an established therapist or mental health professional providing ongoing support.

In some situations, previous therapy experience or an appropriate referral may be recommended before pursuing certain offerings.

All recommendations, eligibility, readiness, and next steps are determined through the Consultation & Assessment process.
